You are invited to an afternoon marking the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ann Elmore Haig-Brown, noted community activist and social, environmental and cultural supporter. Date: Saturday, May 3, 2008 Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm Location: Haig-Brown House, 2250 Campbell River Road, Campbell River Cake and refreshments will be served. There will also be tours of the Haig-Brown House Gardens, a short tree-planting ceremony in memory of the honoured, and an official mayor’s proclamation of Ann Elmore Haig-Brown Day.
